County C maintained their 100% start to the season with a comfortable win against mid table Ashton B. Kevin Hicks took the first frame to open the scoring for County, but Anthony Marshall soon levelled for Ashton. Nick Anderson beat Kevin Leach to put County 3-1 ahead before M Woodward made it 3-2. The final frame went down to the wire, Paul Paddick eventually winning by 10 points to claim the match for County.
