East Oxford Con B took a deserved victory in their mid table clash away with Morris Motors C. Robbie Barresi was in fine form and made a 27 break on his way to a 61-24, 63-34 win against James Griffin. Tony Barresi put the visitors 3-0 up with a 56-22 win in the third frame, which included a break of 21. Roger Tomlin won the 4th frame 52-20 to score Morris’s first point. Julio Barresi took the 5th frame 58-26 to ensure victory for East Ox Con, but Bob Hayward won the final frame 51-30 to give the final score some respectability for the Motormen.
