It was honours even between Witneyís B and C teams. Stephen Hedges got the better of Paul Chester 58-26, 56-26 to put the B team ahead. Lee Stevens then beat Colin Cutler 57-45 to give the B team a 3-0 advantage before Culter replied 52-33 to reduce the arrears. Ben Calcutt faced Terry Cook in the remaining frames and took the fifth frame 70-39. The final frame was a close low scoring affair which Calcutt won 34-29 to ensure that the match ended all square.
