Usman Yasin won the opening frame 60-16, but
Nino Merola hit back to win the second frame 82-41. Carrying a voluntary handicap of minus 35,
Pom Merola then beat
Steven Green 97-51, 89-42 to make it 3-1 to
Oracle.
Ron Glover won the fifth frame 54-39 before
Frankie Merola held his nerve to win the final frame by two points, 46-44.
Littlemore RBL move up to third following a 5-1 win over County C. Lee Smith secured County’s only frame with a 33-31 win over Leigh Davies in the third frame of the night. Davies took the fourth frame 40-31. Earlier Gavin Murray had beaten Victor Norman 65-31, 56-21, with Lee Haggerty beating Andy Cooper 58-2, 49-11 in the last two frames.
